PERSONAL DATA
We hold certain information that we require to process your order and deal with any issues that may arise.
This includes your email address, billing and shipping addresses, and your paypal ID.
If you register as a guest we will add you as a user to our site, you will be able to reset your password upon attempting to log in.
EMAIL LISTS AND GETTING NEWS
You can subscribe or unsubscribe from our news email (likely less than one a month) via the ‘My Account’ page. The email will be infrequent, and just contain important news (product releases, pricing changes etc).
You can also get more frequent news and updates by following our Facebook and Instagram pages (@winterdynecommissionmodelling on Facebook, @winterdynemodelling on Instagram).
We may also email shortly after you place an order to follow up on it (just to make sure it’s arrived in good time, get any feedback etc). This is a service email and is only sent in response to orders.
COOKIES
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
We take great pride in our products, and if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please email enquiries@winterdyne.co.uk and we will endeavour to assist with any issues you may have.
It is assumed that you will take reasonable care of the products – these are manufactured using PLA filament on 3d printers and can be damaged by exposure to excessive temperatures.
We continually improve our designs based on customer feedback and as such they may vary slightly from pictured.
DISPATCH TIME AND CANCELLING AN ORDER
Products marked as ‘in stock’ on this site are normally held in stock, but by placing an order you acknowledge that there may be a delay before dispatch. Typically orders are sent the following working day, but in times of high demand there may be a wait of up to 5 working days before dispatch. Products marked as ‘on backorder’ are printed on demand and so will usually incur the delay.
Orders that have not been dispatched can be refunded, no questions asked!
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
