CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Please be aware there are likely to be significant delays to shipping at the moment.

Typical time to EU destinations is 3-5 working days under normal conditions, and 7-14 working days for further afield (US / Canada). Whilst we can dispatch at present, time to arrive is much longer than usual, and if local postal services are disrupted this can take even longer. As such, we will not be considering items as lost in the post for transit times of up to 6 weeks to EU and 8 weeks for further, and will extend this further if postal services are completely shut down at any point.

Please bear this in mind when placing orders.

Products marked as ‘in stock’ on this site are normally held in stock and are continually being printed to maintain stock levels. By placing an order you acknowledge that there may be a delay before dispatch. Typically orders are sent the following working day, but in times of high demand there may be a wait of up to 5 working days before dispatch. Products marked as ‘on backorder’ are printed on demand and so will usually incur the delay.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 for orders within the UK and Royal Mail International Standard overseas.

Typically this is a transit time of 24 hours or less in the UK, 3-5 working days to the EU, and 7-10 working days further afield.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please email enquiries@winterdyne.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to correct any issues you may have or arrange an exchange, refund and/or return of goods.
