SHIPPING INFORMATION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TARIFFS FOR US CUSTOMERS

From 29th August 2025 an import tariff of 10% will apply for goods manufactured in the UK. Goods manufactured in other countries have their own tariff rates.

HOWEVER – for a period of 6 months an alternate method of fees is potentially and optionally available to be levied by local (US) carriers – a flat fee of $80 per item. We do not know if this will actually be done (our electronic customs declaration should make the percentage calculation easy enough) – we just know that it can.

US customs are requiring that international postal orders have the tariffs paid before landing – as such we would need to implement a system to calculate (based on whatever Trump decides for that moment the tariffs are), collect (as part of the shipping cost) and pay to Royal Mail (who then pay it to US customs and register the consignment).

As such and until further notice we are not currently servicing US orders. The postal method has been set as ‘local pickup’ – we cannot post to you!

TYPICAL DISPATCH AND TRANSIT TIMES

Products marked as ‘in stock’ on this site are normally held in stock and are continually being printed to maintain stock levels. By placing an order you acknowledge that there may be a delay before dispatch. Typically orders are sent the following working day, but in times of high demand there may be a wait of up to 5 working days before dispatch. Products marked as ‘on backorder’ are printed on demand and so will usually incur the delay.

Orders placed for local collection can also include a delay if we don’t hold them in stock. If you’re planning a visit and are ordering ahead at short notice, please do drop us an email (enquiries@winterdyne.co.uk) to make sure we have the items you want in hand.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 for orders within the UK and Royal Mail International Standard overseas.

Typically this is a transit time of 2 working days or less in the UK, 3-5 working days to the EU, and 7-10 working days further afield.

RETURNS / REPLACEMENT POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please email enquiries@winterdyne.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to correct any issues you may have or arrange an exchange, refund and/or return of goods.
