Corner Bar

Description

This model is 3d printed to a high standard in grey photopolymer resin.

This model is not based on any particular real-world reference.

This purchase is JUST for the bar.

Painted pictures use the previous FDM/PLA release. The model is exactly the same except for the addition of the panel line on the top and bottom parts. The cash register and bottle shown in the painted pictures are for example placement only and are sold separately in the ‘National’ Cash Register and Bootleg Booze sets respectively.

This kit is 12 parts and is an improved version of the previous FDM/PLA release requiring less cleanup and allowing for easier assembly.

Note that the bar rails and panels are chamfered to join – pay attention to this to avoid gaps.
Fit of the top and bottom parts to the framework may be tight – the slot for the framework can be expanded slightly with a file if required – this will not be noticable once fully assembled.

It can be assembled with the corner either at left or right.

Scale is approximately 1/50, but tending to the larger side.

It is ideal for 28 – 32mm wargaming from medieval through to WW2.

This means it would not look out of place on an american ‘O’ / 1:48 layout, or in a 1/4″ scale doll’s house setup.

Models are supplied unpainted. Some cleanup will be required.

Cleanup is most easily done with a sharp, new #11 blade.

The resin can be glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate).

The resin is a relatively hard material at room temperature and can be filed and gently sanded with ease.

Models are under constant revision and improvement and may vary very slightly from pictured.
